Qool by default can export content in various formats like:

• Portable Document Format (PDF)

• XML

• Open Document Format (ODT)

• Rich Text Format

Comments in Qool cms is a built in module. Qool uses a unified comments area where each module can take advantage of. The administrator can set which module can use the comments system and how.

Every action, page visited or content submitted is logged in session variables and the admin can see it. No private data is gathered but a step by step history for a specific user and the ability to log any user out or track some statistics is a lot more easier this way.

Who logged in and when. This can be a great help if you run Qool as an intranet portal on a company to track when a particular person logged in.

The audit trail is a facility where the admin can see who did what and when something happened inside the admin area of the system. This makes problem solving easier and manageable.
